Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-turnover checks of units and common areas to verify they meet company quality and design standards.
• Punch-Listing: Identifies and documents defects or incomplete works (the "punch list") before the buyer moves in.
• Rectification Monitoring: Coordinates with contractors and construction workers to ensure timely and proper repairs of noted defects.
• Client Handover: Acts as the company representative during the physical key handover, guiding buyers through unit acceptance and explaining property features.
• Issue Resolution: Handles client complaints or technical concerns during the move-in and warranty phase.
• Documentation: Prepares and submits status reports on unit readiness, inspections, and repair progress.
