Job summary

OVIALAND INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Unit Turnover Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to ensure turnkey delivery of completed units, aligning with approved plans, specifications, and company quality standards.

You will conduct final inspections, manage punch lists, coordinate with CM and other teams, and oversee the turnover to homeowners, while monitoring the Client Services Portal and ensuring timely corrective actions during turnover and post-turnover.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering; license is a plus but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in property management, construction QA, maintenance, or unit turnover operations.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to start ASAP in San Pablo City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with approved plans, project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Prepare, monitor, and close out punch lists by coordinating with CM Department and other relevant teams to ensure all identified deficiencies are rectified prior to turnover.
• Facilitate community orientation sessions and oversee the smooth turnover of units to homeowners or clients.
• Monitoring of Client Services Portal and coordinate with quality control and site teams for timely resolution of punch list items.
• Address client concerns and coordinate corrective actions during the turnover process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of unit inspections, punch-list items, corrective actions, and turnover documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Quality Control (QC), and Client Services teams to ensure timely and efficient unit turnover.
• Respond to and manage unit-related concerns during the post-turnover period, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution.
