Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years on Guidewire data and integration initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience with Guidewire implementations and leading large-scale insurance data migration programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data workstreams for Guidewire implementation, upgrade, and cloud migration.
- Define and execute data migration strategies, standards, and best practices for accurate data transfer.
