PaxSigna, a Lennor Group division, in the Philippines seeks a skilled Guidewire Data Engineer to develop, test, and support data migration, integration, and reporting for Guidewire implementations and modernization programs.

You will collaborate with Data Leads, Solution Architects, BAs, and Guidewire teams to deliver data migration workstreams across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud, while ensuring data quality on large volumes.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, ETL processes, SQL development, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data transformation techniques, and data quality management.
• Experience with data integration, batch processing, and large-volume data handling.
• Understanding of P&C insurance processes and data structures.

Responsabilités

• Analyze legacy insurance systems and source data structures for migration.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings and ETL processes for multiple data domains.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data quality checks.
• Develop SQL scripts and stored procedures; optimize performance for large data volumes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and mappings; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide post-migration support and validation.
