Job summary

PaxSigna, a Lennor Group division, seeks a senior integration architect to lead Guidewire integrations across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Cloud environments. You will shape architecture, drive best practices, and mentor teams in a hybrid Manila-based role.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in software integration, strong Guidewire experience, and solid API/middleware knowledge to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 6–10 years in software integration and enterprise apps.
• ≥4 years Guidewire integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration workstreams across Guidewire programs.
• Define integration strategies, architecture, and standards.
• Mentor integration developers and technical consultants.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Design and oversee integrations across Guidewire Cloud environments.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and accelerators.
• Coordinate with vendors and business teams on dependencies.
