Job summary

PaxSigna, a specialist talent solutions division of the Lennor Group, is seeking a seasoned Guidewire ClaimCenter developer based in the Philippines. The role involves designing, coding, and integrating ClaimCenter components for P&C clients while aligning with business requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will lead technical discussions, mentor juniors, and drive best practices across global teams in a hybrid setup (3 days WFH, 2 days onsite in BGC).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years IT experience with at least 3 years Guidewire ClaimCenter development.
Strong knowledge of Guidewire configuration, customization, and Gosu.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Guidewire ClaimCenter for P&C clients.
Participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design discussions.
Build and maintain Gosu classes, PCF screens, workflows, and data model extensions.
