Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts Cebu City is seeking a Recreational Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the hotel's gym, pool, and other leisure facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable guest experience. You will lead recreation staff, organize activities, monitor safety, and coordinate with Engineering and other departments.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years' hospitality experience are preferred, with strong customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in recreation, sports, fitness, leisure, or hospitality operations.
Knowledge of recreational activities, facility operations, and safety procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of gym, pool, sports areas, and leisure facilities.
Lead and supervise recreation staff, gym instructors, lifeguards, and activity personnel.
Organize and coordinate activities, games, fitness programs, and events.
Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and facility regulations.
Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and recreational activities.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Inspect equipment and report repair or maintenance needs.
Coordinate with Engineering and other departments on facility concerns.
Prepare activity schedules, attendance records, and operational reports.
