Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts Cebu City is seeking a Recreational Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the hotel's gym, pool, and other leisure facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable guest experience. You will lead recreation staff, organize activities, monitor safety, and coordinate with Engineering and other departments.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years' hospitality experience are preferred, with strong customer service and leadership skills.

• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments on facility concerns.
• Prepare activity schedules, attendance records, and operational reports.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of recreational facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, sports areas, and other leisure facilities.

• Lead and supervise recreation staff, gym instructors, lifeguards, and activity personnel.

• Organize and coordinate recreational activities, games, fitness programs, and events.

• Ensure all facilities, equipment, and activity areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and facility regulations.

• Assist guests and members with inquiries, bookings, and recreational activities.

• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report repair or maintenance requirements.

• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments regarding facility concerns.

• Prepare activity schedules, attendance records, and operational reports.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in recreation, sports, fitness, leisure, or hospitality operations.

• Knowledge of recreational activities, facility operations, and safety procedures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• First Aid/CPR or relevant safety certification is an advantage.

• Physically fit and capable of participating in recreational activities when required.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
