Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure an excellent dining experience for customers. The role handles inquiries, orders, and reservations across multiple channels, while coordinating with restaurant staff for timely resolution of concerns.

You will assist with menu questions, pricing, promotions, and policies, and manage orders and reservations while maintaining accurate records of feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, business, tourism or related field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in restaurant/food service/hospitality/retail.
• Experience in restaurant, café, delivery, or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stay calm with high-volume inquiries.
• Good attention to detail when taking and processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, chat, social media, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries, product information, pricing, promotions, hours, and policies.
• Take and process customer orders accurately through the ordering system.
• Assist with reservations, bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with branches, kitchen, delivery teams, and management to resolve concerns.
• Monitor and follow up on delayed, incorrect, or missing orders.
• Assist with order modifications and special requests.
• Ensure proper recording of customer concerns and resolutions.
• Provide information on delivery, pickup, and dine-in services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved.
