Job summary

Top Line Business Development Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a Restaurant Service Attendant to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role includes taking orders, handling payments, explaining menu items and promotions, and ensuring timely, accurate service while maintaining clean dining areas. You will work closely with Kitchen Specialists and Dining Team Leaders, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in restaurant, café, food service, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly personality.
• Knowledgeable in basic food and beverage service procedures and dining etiquette.
• Able to take orders, process payments, issue receipts accurately.
• Able to explain menu items, promotions and offers clearly.
• Detail-oriented with accurate orders and timely service.
• Willing to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Familiar with maintaining dining areas and service stations.
• Able to monitor supplies and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.

• Ensure correct orders, proper dining setup, and timely service.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and service stations.
