Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and carry food, beverages, and service equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Prepare basic food and beverage items when required.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining and service areas.
• Ensure tables, equipment, and work areas are clean and properly organized.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally.
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged items to supervisors.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
