Job summary

You’ll support promotions, social media, events, and partnerships while collaborating with Operations and Sales teams.

The role emphasizes creating engaging content, coordinating with designers and branch teams, and analyzing campaign performance to drive foot traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, preferably in restaurant/food service/retail/FMCG.
• Experience with restaurant promotions, social media marketing, events, or branch marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales across restaurant branches.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence; create/coordinate content and campaigns.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper implementation of campaigns and displays.
• Assist in planning events, product launches, and partnerships with influencers or organizations.
• Ensure brand guideline compliance across materials and branches.
• Monitor KPIs, track sales during promotions, and prepare marketing reports.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
