Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist children, parents, and guardians with inquiries and concerns
• Provide proper instructions and safety reminders before guests use attractions
• Monitor assigned play areas and ensure compliance with safety rules
• Assist with ticketing, cashiering, and POS transactions when assigned
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area and other assigned areas
• Check and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the OIC or Store Manager
• Assist with events, promotions, and special activities
• Handle customer concerns and escalation serious issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
