You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, and provide information on local attractions and hotel amenities. The role involves cashiering, maintaining accurate guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: greet arriving guests, verify identification, assign rooms, issue keys and settle bills.
• Reservations and Inquiries: manage bookings, walk-ins, calls and emails using the hotel's PMS.
• Cashiering and Billing: process cash, cards and payments accurately per policy.
• Guest Relations and Problem-Solving: address complaints, handle special requests and provide local information.
• Inter-Departmental Coordination: communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for status and issues.
• Administrative Tasks: maintain guest records, prepare shift reports, manage key card accountability.
