Qualifications

• Front office, reservations, guest relations, spa and tours leadership.
• Experience coordinating VIPs, executives, and high touch guest services.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and P&L for a hospitality department.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty during emergencies and peak periods.
• Lead front desk operations including check-ins/outs and guest inquiries.
• Oversee spa operations and wellness scheduling with the Spa Team Leader.
• Drive reservations, OTA management and outbound sales to corporate clients.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and procurement to maintain budget.
• Develop SOPs, onboarding, and coaching for staff.
• Coordinate tours/transfers and sustainability initiatives.
