Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server or similar front-of-house role.
• Wine knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of serving standards and etiquette.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, menus and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at appropriate tables.
• Present menus and recommend offerings.

• Serve food and drinks with professional presentation.

• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
