SHANG REGENCY HOTELS CORP. in Makati is seeking a front-of-house team member to deliver friendly service in our dining areas. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

You will handle table setup, maintain cleanliness, assist with payments when required, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain efficient service while upholding food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests politely, assist with seating, and provide menus as needed.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, safely, and professionally.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, prices, and daily specials.
• Set up tables with plates, utensils, glasses, napkins, and dining materials before guests arrive.
• Maintain clean tables, chairs, and dining areas; keep spaces organized.
• Respond to customer needs, provide refills, and address complaints politely.
• Prepare bills, receive payments, give change, and assist with cash or card transactions when needed.
• Follow food safety standards, including handwashing and proper food handling.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, cashiers, and other team members for efficient service.
• Check guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
• Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance, wear the uniform, and uphold hygiene and manners.
• Follow company policies, supervisor instructions, and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, preparing the dining area and cleaning after shifts.
