• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client inquiries (on-site, online, call, or text) and handle tenant requests.
• Accompany prospective tenants/guests around the property.
• Process reservations, evaluating submitted requirements and documents.
• Monitor and encode data in the company system.
• Maintain tenant documents such as Reservation Forms, Move-In Permits, Leases, etc.
• Update and manage the Inquiries and Reservations database.
• Process Move-Ins by scheduling with Building Admin (handover of keys, room prep, utility readings).
• Disseminate information and announcements via email/text blasts.
