Job summary

The role focuses on delivering a smooth, positive first impression and efficient operation of the reception area. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, and solid skills in customer service, cashiering, and PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience as Front Office Agent / Guest Service Agent in a hotel.
• Excellent Customer Service, Cashiering and PMS skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficient check-in and check-out; handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs, address inquiries/complaints, and resolve issues.
• Handle VIPs and special requests with professionalism.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences/history.
• Upsell paid room upgrades.
• Maintain cash fund accuracy and avoid audit findings.
