The Moment Group is seeking a friendly server for its Manila dining venues. You will welcome guests, seat diners, take orders, memorize the menu, and suggest wines to enhance the dining experience.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service, resolve customer issues, and maintain a neat dining area. Rotating shifts and events support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in hospitality/related course.
• Experience in the hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and memory for menu items.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of staying calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on a rotating/shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat diners in the dining section.
• Take customers' food and drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar staff.
• Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks.
• Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving customer issues promptly.
• Assist with tidying tables and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant.
• Set tables and rearrange dining area for larger groups and events.
• Prepare the restaurant for special events and perform additional duties as needed.
