Job summary

Access is seeking a friendly server in the Philippines to warmly welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about items while suggesting dishes based on customer preferences.

You will deliver food and drinks efficiently, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, keep the dining area clean, and reset tables for large groups or special occasions. Overtime pay and meal allowance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, provide menus, respond to inquiries about food and beverages, and suggest menu items based on customer preferences.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, refill beverages as needed, and regularly check on guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, removing leftovers, and keeping the dining area organized and pleasant.
• Arrange and reset tables, including adjusting the dining setup for large parties and special occasions.
• Inform kitchen staff of any customer allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal requests.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalatethe issues to management when appropriate.
