Job summary

Cedo Wellness is seeking a Contrast Therapy Guide/Front of House to be the warm first contact for clients, upholding the brand's calm, clean atmosphere. You will greet clients warmly and manage bookings while maintaining a professional presence.

You will support the Studio Manager, balance administrative tasks with strong customer service, ensure payments are handled accurately, and uphold safety protocols for a safe, uplifting client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients warmly and by name when possible
• Handle class check-ins, walk-in inquiries, bookings, cancellations and waitlists (only when not needed in contrast therapy)
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Support Studio Manager in supervising daily operations and step into leadership responsibilities in their absence
• Balance administrative tasks with a strong customer service presence
• Maintain a clean station at all times to avoid hazards (e.g. mop contrast therapy room, etc.)
• Ensure accurate handling of payments and financial transactions
• Uphold the brand's safety protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for clients and members
• Promote and practice a healthy and balanced lifestyle
