Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; admin/hospitality qualifications are a plus.
• Experience as a receptionist or front-office role in beauty/wellness/service industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional interactions with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly as they arrive and create a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, booking, confirming, and rescheduling accurately.
• Answer and direct calls and enquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Process client check-ins/check-outs, payments, and issue receipts.
