Job summary

ACJB Savory and Sweet Corporation is seeking a friendly Waitstaff in the Philippines to deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will greet guests warmly, present menus, explain promotions, take accurate orders, and ensure every plate is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Work closely with kitchen staff and cashiers, communicate dietary needs, enter orders into the POS system where applicable, and maintain clean tables and service stations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and courteously and assist guests in finding their tables or seats
• Provide menus and explain available promotions or special offers
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and be knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and available products
• Communicate special requests and dietary concerns to the kitchen or appropriate staff
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system, when applicable
• Serve food and drinks promptly, correctly, and professionally
• Ensure that orders are complete and presented properly before serving
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Regularly check on guests to ensure their needs are attended to and respond politely and promptly to customer requests, concerns, and complaints
• Keep assigned tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized
