Responsibilities

• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests or problems.
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, and assigning rooms.
• Ensure room rates match market codes and document any exceptions.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating hotel staff as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Deliver courteous guest service and manage guest communications professionally.
