Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide recommendations and detailed information on menu items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare tables and ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or event spaces as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including dining areas, side stations, and equipment.
• Accurately record orders and process guest checks using the hotel's POS system.
• Handle payments, provide change, and process credit card transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food and drink delivery.
• Support fellow associates and assist in other sections as needed to maintain service quality.
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures, including those related to grooming, conduct, and uniform.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
