Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking a GTM Automation Engineer to build and own the go-to-market tech stack across multiple brands. You will create internal tools and data pipelines, extend Claude Code usage, and integrate Zoho, GoHighLevel, Circle, and other platforms.

You will transform recurring manual work into automated systems, design production-ready solutions with logging and reviews, and set standards for AI tool usage across the GTM team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or GTM Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy internal tools, agents and automations using AI development tools.
• Own and administer the GTM stack across workflows, pipelines, and CRM configurations.
• Maintain CRM data quality, governance and shared definitions for reliable reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on pipeline, conversion, and campaign metrics using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Prototype quickly, test, and productionise with proper logging and review points.
