Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Optimization Specialist in Cebu City to drive operational efficiency across Road Logistics. You will optimize processes, enable automation, and prepare operations for AI-driven workflows, delivering measurable productivity gains through data-driven improvements and standardisation.

You will design low-code solutions, deploy self-service tools, and support global transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable, sustainable outcomes for the business and its customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, Business Administration.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other AI tools.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel (VBA), Power Platform, or other data and AI tools.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
