You will champion continuous improvement and support global digital transformation efforts. You will create self-service tools for operations, promote standardization, and ensure scalability of deployed solutions, contributing measurable productivity

As an Optimization Specialist, your mission is to drive operational efficiency and scalability throughout Road Logistics. You'll achieve this by optimizing processes, enabling automation, and preparing operations for AI-driven workflows. The focus is on delivering measurable productivity gains through process optimizations, low-code solutions, and data-driven improvements, all while actively supporting global transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, Business Administration
