• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions.
• Make changes to existing setups based on customer description.
• Escalate difficult tasks to the next level.
• Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments; provide feedback on issues.
• Attend trainings per professional development plan.
• Follow standard processes and procedures.
• Respect agreed service levels and KPIs.
• Working in shifts is required.
• Perform other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Resolve problems in response to customer- or system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
• Identify and break down problems using structured problem resolution approaches.
• Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered.
• Make changes to existing setups based on customer description.
• Escalate difficult, complex tasks to the next level.
• Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments; provide management with feedback about areas of technical concern for users and frequently encountered problems.
• Attend trainings in accordance to professional development plan.
• Follow standard processes and procedures.
• Respect agreed service levels and KPI´s.
• Working in shifts is required.
• Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of any IT-related course or equivalent of at least 2 years work experience
• Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
