Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Process + Systems leader to drive process analysis, improvements, and system maintenance across our freight forwarding operations in the Philippines. You will support teams with data quality, testing, and training while aligning with the regional strategy and KPIs.

You will be part of our Process + Systems Team to add your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational + Process Excellence.

What we would like you to bring

Managing the System + Process function + where relevant, the team supporting this including all the related activities of process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support + maintenance of all processes + related applications.

Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams through enhancing operational capability + delivery of systems data quality, implementing new systems, testing + training. You will also be involved in the execution of business strategy via process improvement initiatives + management of KPIs.

• To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + audits.
• To support the Customer Care locations (CCL), Sales as well as Operational Care locations (OCC) through quality training, day to day support systems + processes.
• To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information + knowledge across the organization.
• To drive initiatives for the continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity.
• To ensure the testing + implementation of new systems + processes.
• To monitor KPIs + drive high data quality, review + action planning together with the stakeholders.
• To manage projects + ensure consistent progress of activities + provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• To act as the interface between IT + the business by defining + communicating system requirements in cooperation with the Regional team.
