Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Air Logistics or similar environment.
• Proficiency with KN systems: SALOG, QTAir/TQT, ACON, JIRA, WIKI.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Maintain WI and WIKI related-pages up-to-date.
• Provide day-to-day support for KNGS systems.
• BPA, BP etc Setups for new migrations and the existing tasks
• Review BPA and BAM performance on a regular basis to identify deviations and notify internal stakeholders for improvements.
• Drive automation (RPA) and eTouch initiatives within KNGS.
• Provide Support to Operational teams

Job Purpose

The key focus of KNGS Operations Optimization Specialist is to create and implement practical solutions in the KNGS Air Logistics Operations, optimizing the way of working in alignment with global standards.

Their primary focus is to ensure that "business continuity" related activities such as process validation, system setups and instructions are adhered to and executed promptly. There should be regular collaboration with operational teams to review operational workflows and do hands-on, practical improvements with the aim of driving optimal systems usage and reducing inefficiencies.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain WI and WIKI related-pages up to-date.
• Provide day-to-day support for KNGS systems:
• BPA, BP etc Setups for new migrations and the existing tasks
• Review BPA and BAM performance on a regular basis to identify deviations and notify internal stakeholders for improvements.
• Drive automation (RPA) and eTouch initiatives within KNGS.
• Provide Support to Operational teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Air Logistics or a similar environment.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of KN products, services, business strategy, and roadmap.
• Proficiency in KN systems such as SALOG, QTAir/TQT, ACON, JIRA, and WIKI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a sense of ownership.
• Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
