Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Prepare Shipment File Sea Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of outgoing shipments. This involves organizing and documenting all necessary details to facilitate the transit of goods from the sender to the recipient. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and excellence in both written and verbal communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team KPIs (Productivity, SLA, Quality).
• Complete tasks with an average handling time (AHT) of 6 & 8 minutes.
• Ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the working shift.
• Be proactive in anticipating and resolving process issues.
• Attend meetings (onsite/online).
• Be receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Maintain fluent communication with the Team Leader and report activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow working instructions and SOPs from different country/accounts.
• Strictly adhere to company guidelines and policies (Compliance, Attendance, KN Behaviours).
• Maintain low to medium awareness of freight forwarding business, communication skills, and systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 6-12 months of experience in Sea Logistics, Logistics Operations, or a similar industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and shipping processes is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
