Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university.
• At least 5 years in operational/execution roles.
• Experience in BD/AM; 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management track record.
• Analytical mindset with data/AI-driven decision making.
• Results-oriented, highly organized, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives toward targets.
• Leverage AI/data thinking to improve velocity and effectiveness.
• Shape Growth Team plans and align with regional goals.
• Provide feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Identify gaps, create action plans, monitor progress.
• Foster ownership and strong team culture across functions.
• Manage project sprints, processes, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth.
• Report pipelines and results to senior management.
• Demonstrate leadership in high-volume sales operations.
