Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support growth initiatives by partnering with Marketing and NBD teams. This role covers lead generation support, prospect management, market research, CRM and marketing tech administration, event execution, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years supporting Business Development activities, including prospecting and pipeline management.
• 2+ years supporting Marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination and events.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience using prospecting and business intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of lead management and marketing workflows.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Onsite work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and prospect management activities.
• Maintain records within CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying, and tracking new business opportunities.
• Prepare account briefs, presentations, and sales materials.
• Monitor inbound/outbound lead activity for timely follow-up.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaigns and content.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing collateral and enablement materials.
• Support Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo administration and reporting.
