Job summary

Pan Asia Resources is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities for our Sanitary and Landfill (SLF) business in Pampanga, Philippines. The role focuses on developing client relationships, executing marketing and bidding strategies, and supporting project delivery to achieve revenue targets.

You will identify opportunities, engage with LGUs and private clients, and contribute to bids and proposals to drive growth across SLF projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable business opportunities to support company growth.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenses related to business development activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government (LGUs) and private sector clients.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to assess client satisfaction and inform improvements.
• Support bidding activities and prepare proposals for government and private contracts.
• Perform other duties related to SLF projects as assigned.
