Job summary

ReadyRoles in the USA Home Listings division seeks a Client Success & Fulfillment Specialist to drive the Data Activator Assistant Program. You will manage VA placements, onboarding, outreach performance, and marketing execution—ensuring every assistant drives value from Day 1.

This hybrid role combines operations and client success, coordinating across recruiting, sales, and content to support clients and assistants and to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, client coordination, VA placement, or project execution.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Familiarity with VA workflows, task management tools, and online outreach.
• Comfortable using Facebook groups and Canva for grassroots marketing.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-managing.

Responsibilities

• Manage VA placements, onboarding, outreach performance, and marketing execution.
• Coordinate across recruiting, sales, and content to support clients and assistants.
• Track performance metrics and coach assistants to meet outreach goals.
• Post in Facebook groups and use outreach toolkit to generate ROI.
• Maintain daily updates and participate in weekly planning via Slack.
