The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, CRO, and A/B testing, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with analytics, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor daily performance, manage budgets, and optimize bids to meet objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests on audiences, ad copy, creatives, and offers to improve results.
• Develop retargeting and lookalike audiences to boost lead generation and conversions.
• Prepare weekly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to improve creatives based on data.
• Coordinate with web specialists for landing page improvements and CRO strategies.
• Analyze metrics and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROAS.
