Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Marketing Ops Associate to help build and run impactful marketing campaigns while developing technical skills with automated tools. You’ll be central to engagement and sales marketing operations, focused on email, push and in-app campaigns, as part of the Growth Marketing team.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of marketing experience in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing ops.
• Experience with ESPs and/or marketing automation tools (Iterable or Pardot a plus).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Precise attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other marketing channels.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify key levers of growth that we can scale.
• Report on the impact of engagement programs and iterate based on learnings.
• Enforce marketing messaging best practices across all channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to align on voice across all marketing touchpoints.
• Continuously optimize marketing operations processes for efficient campaign deployment.
