Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other channels.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify growth levers and scale them.
• Help report on the impact of engagement programs and iterate improvements.
• Enforce marketing messaging best practices across all channels.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Ops Associate who is excited to build out impactful marketing campaigns while developing their technical skills in working with automated marketing tools. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll be centrally involved in engagement and sales marketing operations – focused on implementation and execution of email, push and in-app campaigns. Our team's scope is increasing this year as we start to support the full integrated marketing team so we expect there may be opportunities for this role to take on tasks outside of what is directly described below. We are looking for someone eager to help design, build, and operate world-class marketing programs.
