Job summary

Globe Telecom in Metro Manila is seeking a Base Growth Marketing Manager to drive incremental growth within the existing B2B customer base by identifying, building, and scaling cross-sell platforms across internal ecosystems.

You will pilot new channels, lead cross-functional integrations with B2C, digital, and product teams, and design test-and-learn programs to boost multi-product ownership and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in marketing, preferably B2B CRM.
• Experience with B2B marketing automation tools (Pardot, SFA).
• Proven program and project management skills.
• Graduate in a 4-year business or marketing course.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth roadmap for cross-sell platforms within B2B base.
• Identify integration points with B2C, digital channels, and ecosystems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, ISG, and sales teams.
• Design test-and-learn pilots and evaluate KPIs for success.
• Drive channel expansion: online, events, and partner-led channels.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and customer experience standards.
