Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Growth Manager to drive sustainable growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. The role blends strategy, experimentation, and user empathy to design journeys and measure outcomes.

You will work cross-functionally to spot friction points, run experiments, and scale growth initiatives from concept to launch, including onboarding of new products and partnerships, with a focus on building lasting digital habits.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization by designing digital experiences that shape behavior and create lasting habits.
• Identify and prioritize customer, market, operational, and business opportunities across products and journeys, translating into clear growth priorities.
• Generate and assess new product, service, journey, partnership, and experiment concepts based on customer needs, business value, feasibility, and potential impact.
• Define the customer problem, target segment, value proposition, behavioral objective, user journey, and success measures for new growth initiatives before build/pilot/launch.
• Develop end-to-end growth requirements for new products and experiments, including flows, eligibility rules, communications, tracking, and measurement plans.
• Lead onboarding of new products, services, and partner offerings into relevant digital channels and journeys with clear experience design and launch readiness.
• Lead onboarding and activation initiatives that deliver early value and foster repeat usage across key journeys such as GlobeOne and GOMO.
• Design and optimize customer journeys and habit-forming loops to improve retention and long-term customer value.
• Identify and scale monetization opportunities through bundles, upsell/c cross-sell journeys, and repeat transaction experiences.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of growth initiatives from hypothesis to scale, building reusable frameworks and playbooks.
