Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is hiring a Marketing Supervisor for User Acquisition in Metro Manila. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, optimize acquisition costs, and lead a team of marketing specialists to deliver high-quality leads and ROI.

Responsibilities include paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, partnerships, events, and analytics. A degree in marketing or related field is required with 2+ years of experience in online/offline marketing, fintech preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in online and offline marketing, financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, expanding market reach, and optimizing funnels.
• Experience leading a team, delegating tasks, setting goals, and giving clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns (digital ads, email marketing, social media, events, partnerships).
• Manage day-to-day operations of paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting efforts.
• Track and report on CPA, CPL, and conversions; recommend optimization to maximize ROI.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and paid search efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to create ad copy, landing pages, and assets for high-converting traffic.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to expand reach.
• Coordinate with retention team to launch events, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
• Monitor funnels and analytics to identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Lead and mentor marketing specialists; support recruitment and performance reviews.
