Job summary

You will lead a team of marketing specialists, monitor performance, and present plans and results to senior management. Travel for events is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in online and offline channels (fintech/financial services experience a plus).
• Proven track record in client acquisition and conversion funnel optimization.
• Experience leading a team with clear feedback and growth.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social analytics, marketing automation).
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic decisions and actions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and campaign management across multi-channel acquisition efforts.
• Plan and optimize campaigns (digital ads, email marketing, social media, events, partnerships).
• Manage paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting activities.
• Track metrics (CPA, CPL, conversion rate) and propose ROI improvements.
• Develop SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate to create ad copy, landing pages, and assets for high conversions.
• Run A/B and multivariate testing to refine targeting and messaging.
• Identify partnerships and sponsorships to expand reach.
• Coordinate with retention team to run external events and webinars.
• Monitor funnels and customer journey touchpoints for cost optimization.
• Provide performance data to support content production and marketing decisions.
• Lead and mentor marketing specialists with a data-driven focus.
