Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a senior Marketing leader to develop and drive the company’s marketing strategy across all channels.

You will lead the Marketing and Creatives Teams, shaping brand direction and ensuring cohesive execution of campaigns across online and offline platforms. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience in financial services or sales-driven sectors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 5 years in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Experience in financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or sales-driven industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• Proficient with digital platforms, analytics tools, marketing automation, and MS Office.
• Strategic, creative, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand direction.
• Lead, coach, and manage Marketing and Creatives Teams for effective execution.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage brand positioning, communications, creative direction, and promotions.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Sales, Branches, and other departments to support lead generation and growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics to drive improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events and partnerships while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Provide management with marketing reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
