Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Marketing Lead to own growth initiatives for our Infrastructure and Proxy business. This remote role in the Philippines requires driving data-driven marketing strategies to scale our SquidProxies.com offering.

You will run campaigns (including Google Ads), analyze performance, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing with company objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and hands-on marketing experience in tech startups.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of general marketing experience.
• Experience marketing software products in tech startups.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition and sales.
• Test and scale marketing channels to increase qualified leads and conversions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with company objectives.
• Launch and manage campaigns (including Google Ads) across digital channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Strengthen brand awareness across digital platforms.
