StaffHero in the Philippines is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth through SEO, content, paid ads, and analytics.

You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email; optimize landing pages, funnels, and AI-enhanced workflows to improve performance in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO, growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and visibility.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and more.
• Generate qualified inbound leads through organic and paid efforts.
• Develop audience targeting and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Manage paid campaigns and optimize for lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
• Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing funnels.
