Job summary

Yokly is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive a two-tool outreach program using LinkedIn and GoHighLevel (GHL). You will run your own client account, lead a remote pod, coach the team, and own the relationship with a US-based client.

You will build GHL workflows and pipelines, manage outreach, track KPIs, and ensure client retention. Proven leadership in franchising or sales with a strong communication track record with Western clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LinkedIn outreach experience with daily use of tools such as Sales Navigator or Recruiter.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows, pipelines and automations.
• 3+ years of leading people and teams.
• Experience in franchising development, sales, or growth strategy.
• Sales background with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience leading a remote team and managing Western clients.
• Strong communication and project/account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead your pod and own the client relationship with a US-based client.
• Run LinkedIn outreach for your pod and manage GHL campaigns end-to-end.
• Coach and develop the team, track KPIs in GHL, and adjust as needed.
• Be the primary contact for performance and results with the client.
• Own account retention and drive client success.
• Improve processes to grow the pod's effectiveness.
