Job summary

The Elite Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth to own and scale the company’s marketing engine across paid and organic channels.

You will lead a small in-house creative team and drive campaigns on Meta, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, while shaping the weekly operating rhythm and reporting directly to the founder. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with marketplaces, strong budget ownership, and a track record of growing a consumer ecommerce/DTC brand.

Qualifications

• Managed monthly ad budget of at least ₱500,000 with documented ROAS/CPA.
• Experience in-house at a consumer ecommerce or DTC brand.
• Hands-on in Meta Ads Manager, not just briefing an agency.
• Operated inside Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or comparable marketplace back end.
• Managed people or specialists directly: media buyers, designers, editors, social managers, or agencies.
• Comfortable with ROAS, CAC, MER, contribution margin and budget ownership.
• Available during Philippine business hours.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full marketing engine, including paid and organic growth strategies.
• Leads a small in-house creative team: designer, editor, CS and messaging sales, plus an external design studio.
• Oversees briefs, testing cadence, and production output from the team.
• Runs the weekly operating rhythm to guide campaigns, freeing the founder from day-to-day management.
• Reports directly to the founder and collaborates on roadmap and growth plans.
• Experience scaling a brand online into physical retail or B2B distribution is a plus.
