Job summary

Casheeno in the Philippines seeks a senior marketing leader to own end-to-end growth for our consumer apps and to strengthen the studio's visibility.

You will set the strategy, manage the budget, and lead a small team across performance, content and ASO, while building the studio's positioning and reporting results to the leadership team.

The role requires a strong writer and clear communicator who can balance short-term acquisition with long-term brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with at least two leading people or a channel end to end.
• Proven growth of a consumer app or a digital product you can talk about specifically.
• Comfortable owning a P&L line, not just a campaign.
• Strong writer and a clear communicator - you will be presenting this work.
• Able to balance short-term acquisition against long-term brand.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and budget across the product portfolio.
• Lead and grow a small team across performance, content and ASO.
• Build the studio's own positioning - the work that brings client projects in.
• Set the measurement framework and report on it to the leadership team.
• Decide which channels we invest in and which we stop.
